    Graham's English Cider

Thats 0.56-3.78oz priming sugar for a 5gal batch. Personally I'd prefer the be on the upper end of that range, or even a little higher wouldn't be bad in my opinion.

    Graham's English Cider

Beersmith gives the range of 1.2-2.4 vols for an English Cider.

Who is a left handed brewer?

    No.. More... Hangovers

I should have tried this last night. Feeling like crap all day so far and now I am going to help my buddy chainsaw his palm trees because he has a cast on his arm and can't do it himself. 100F, a chainsaw, and a hangover don't mix. I'm definitely trying the B Complex next weekend.

    Graham's English Cider

Just pitched the yeast into my first batch of this recipe. Followed it exactly, even with the apple juice brand. Now I just need to wait it out and stay with the described schedule. Probably easier said than done.

Big job interview and GF in surgery=crazy day

Yeah I'm pretty excited to get started. It's not actually a casino that I'll work for. The company caters to casinos and their patrons, but it's much more closely related to the financial industry and providing financial services to gamers(cash access, credit/markers) than gaming persay.

Big job interview and GF in surgery=crazy day

They made me an initial offer and we talked compensation a little. Nothing official until they finish all the background and credit checks. The company provides cash services to casinos, so these checks are pretty comprehensive and might take a week or so. But I'm not worried about them...

Competition requiring cider to be in 750ml bottles!?

Some breweries, instead of using 22oz bombers to bottle their beer, use 25.4oz(750mL) bottles with regular sized bottle caps. I know for sure that DFH does this with many of their beers. If the competition is willing to let you submit a capped 750mL bottle instead of a corked one, then that's...

    The [Horribly Unpopular] Soccer Thread

Wow, I'll deal with the laser pointer. And I thought being the only white-boy team in Mexican Sunday league was dangerous.

Big job interview and GF in surgery=crazy day

So I just finished interviewing for a job I've been very interested in for quite a while. My good buddy works for the company, so he recruited me for the position. I interviewed with the EVP of the department, as well as another EVP from a closely related department. My buddy convened with...

    "Luxury sports car..."

I worked as a valet for 8 years, so I've driven pretty much every car out there. If you don't want to get a European, then check out the caddy CTS like others have mentioned, or the Lexus IS. Both of those come in 4-door and coupe models. The G37 that you mentioned is also a very nice car...

    Eggs

I love eggs almost any style, but I'd have to say my favorite would be an omelette with any combination of ingredients folded in. Meats, veggies, mushrooms, and of course cheese. Then topped with hot sauce, avocado, and sour cream.

    First Tattoo

Here's a Gaelic tattoo I have on my collarbone, written in an irish style. Might give you an idea, but like some others have said, any reputable artist will have books filled with different letter styles.

    High End Dog Food

My German Shepherd has a very sensitive stomach so after trying out many different foods I settled on a breed specific food for GSDs made by Royal Canin. He loves the stuff. Eats it quickly and hasn't had any digestive issues in a couple years. It runs about $50-60 for a 35lb bag, but the...
