Hi HBT, I got a special yeast blend from my LHBS. It's a combination of 1084 Irish Ale and 3522 Belgian Ardennes. So, I'm wondering what kind of beer style I should brew with this yeast? Any suggestions?

According to the White Labs website their is still living yeast in the vial for 6-12 months after the best buy date. You could pitch directly from the vial but you will probably get a large lag time before you see any yeasty action. WLP suggests doing a starter. I would say try a starter...
