Is the yeast from one of the originial mason jars? I've had issues with using washed yeast more than 2-3 times and find its better to use a fresh batch after a couple of fermentations.

Thanks for sharing. I use BrewTarget and may want to look at updating my version. It always prompts about updating the ingredients list. For a free program, it works great and I've got it dialed in with my setup.

Since I've already got the grain bill milled when I picked it up, I'm locked into that. My system gets about 73% efficiency which puts me at a OG of 1.063 so I ended up adjusting the hops up to 38 IBU. I'm going to stick with the WLP-036 yeast since I already bought it, but I do plan to mash...

Thanks for the review. I know most people use BeerSmith but I haven't made the jump. Been using Brewtarget which I originally found for Ubuntu, but there is a Windows version as well. Meets my needs and can't beat free.
