Just checked with the guy i get my 5 gallon cornys from and he doesn't have any but he will keep looking and let me know.

Any fire suppression place that fills fire extinguishers will fill your tank.

Shouldn't use a dimmer to control a motor , one or the other will burn up.You need to use a rheostat for a variable speed on a motor.
