im doing my first belgian triple and need to add candi sugar. my LHBS said to just add it at the beginning of my 60min boil with all my extract. I have been reading that adding it last 5-15 min is the way to go. Also i have LME and DME should i add both at beginning of boil or half later...
on the temp probe/sensor there use to be two solid wires that you would plug into the back of the stc. i cut those wires off on accident. When i stripped back the wire to expose new wire it was stranded not solid like i cut off? is this going to effect the way the probe reads/works?
