Brewmeister is like $10 more per sack than More Beer though. Just go on Craigslist and find someone that will commutes from the bay regularly. That's what I did and it only costs me a few 22s of home brew every month

I do spiced ales all the time and normally add some spice and orange zest to my mash and than add my primary spice flavors into the secondary for 2-5 days. This way seems to work the best for me.

I harvested my first year hops last week and got 3 1/3 oz of Chinook and almost 2 oz of cascade after drying. But it looks like my cascade has new blossoms so I might get another oz or two.
