Lagunita's Aunt Sally Sour Mash Clone?

Sorry it took a while to post an update! For a first time attempt I think it turned out pretty well. The only thing I would change is the dry hop. You gotta dry hop the **** out of it! The sour aspect overwhelmed the hop aroma. There is very little hop aroma on it. I would at least use 3oz of...

Lagunita's Aunt Sally Sour Mash Clone?

Just by taste, I don't brew many sours so a pH meter is last on the list for upgrades. I think I soured it for about 36 hours.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

I have dry hopped with 3oz of citra and it was delicious. I have 10 gallons fermenting right now. Gonna dry hop 5 gallons with mosaic and the other batch I'm gonna use Chinook. I love dry hopping this beer!

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

I added the citra pellets a week after I pitched the yeast and left it for another week. Then crash cooled it and fined with gelatin.

Jim, I recently brewed this and dryhopped with 2 ounces of citra. It turned out awesome! I highly recommend it!

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

I made a 10 gallon split batch of this with half being a hoppy blonde. Dry hopped with 2oz citra. Kegged it two days ago and it is absolutely amazing. It has now become a house beer that's always gonna be on tap!

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

10 gallons of this in the fermenters. Gonna add blueberry to 5 gallons of it, and the other I will dry hop with some citra. Should be tasty!

    Show us your Kegerator

Just finished mine tonight. Took a few months since I'm rather carpentry illiterate! Lots of mistakes and foul language went in to making this, so I'm pretty proud of it!
