Finally getting back around to a RIS I tried back in January but didn't hit my OG well enough to reach the higher ABV I was looking for...hopefully the newer appropriately scaled gear will get me there. Half going on tap, the other into an whiskey barrel for a bit.

Just have to say that I poured the first pitcher from one of 2 kegs of fresh hopped chinook IPA, first kegging experience, and while it needs a few more days for sure to get carbed proper, I'm very happy with the time savings and results! I suspect a few more days resting after force carbing...

I've possibly run up against a similar issue. Starter is going now for 24 hours, but I may have to shelve my plans for brewing saturday. Should I simply pour the starter back into sanitized tubes and put back in the fridge and use them like I would just starting the whole process over again when...
