I have a 5g keg with Creme Brulee Stout that I can't seem to get carbed right. It has a very small amount of car. So I raised the c02 to see if that would fix it, then waited a week. No dice.
Please help! Any advice would be welcomed.
I am in the process of making this beer. But I am having a hellava time with the lactose. I cooked it with water like some of you all said helped. Though I am finding that when I cool it down it started to get thick and gritty. Is this normal? Also, what temp should I let it cool down to before...

How does this beer compare to Buffalo Bills pumpkin ale? Would like to know because I would like to find a all gain recipe to make something like thiers.
