    ok, received 3 kits from AHS this past week....how long does the LME in the buckets last for at room temp? ~75 degrees? should I put these in the fridge?

    All 3 adjustments can/will be used...airflow, inline reg and tank reg..

    A lot of people seem to completely forget about the japanese style beers...I'd say go for an asahi/kirin style beer...

    Krausen and such coming out airlock..what to do?

    swap your bung with the airlock to a bung with tubing leading into a cup/jar/2 liter bottle of sanitizer or cleansing solution...that way it will blowoff easier through the tubing than through your airlock
