    Boulevard Brewing 80 Acre clone???

What's the email address for the brewer that helped you with this? I've not been able to get a response from the brewery or help with them. Thank you.

Would you PM me a phone number, so we could discuss more details? Thanks!

    Brew Stand Burner Issues

I don't think anything is wrong with the regulator, although I'm not exactly sure what you are describing. Also, what direction is "90 degrees to the tank side and ground"? Not sure what guage orientation would have to do with things, but I'll entertain...

    Brew Stand Burner Issues

I have three BG12 burners. The burner thread size is 1/8" fpt. The gas hoses are 1/4" female flare swivel fittings, but I could adapt to 1/4" fpt, also. Sounds like you might have an idea cookin'...

    Brew Stand Burner Issues

Thanks, I can't wait to break it in... I was already working on raising the burners, but that's the least of my concern right now. I want these suckers to burn and burn HOT.

    Brew Stand Burner Issues

Thanks, Kladue, for helping. I wanted to get the most BTU/hr out of these burners as I could and was led to believe that the higher the pressure the higher the heat output. I really don't see how it would work if I ran these at 1psi or lower. It would take forever to boil as very little flame...

    Brew Stand Burner Issues

Thanks for responding and trying to help me figure this thing out. The Uni-Strut worked great and I'm really happy with the build, but I'm pretty confused why things aren't working. I need beer!!!! Regarding measuring, I don't have any drill bits this small and I'm not sure how to measure...

    Brew Stand Burner Issues

There is nothing more frustrating after all the time it takes to plan, research, shop, and build your brew stand than running into unexpected problems that prevent you from "firing" it up, literally. As you can see from the pictures, my stand has three Bayou Classic BG12 cast iron propane...

some pics of my new brew stand

Harley03, I'm considering making my own version of your stand using the superstrut. What are the dimensions of the stand (H x W x L) and spacing of the cross beams on the top tier? Can you post a picture showing how the burners are mounted to the strut? Oh yeah, what burner did you use? Thanks.

    Suggestions for controller

Your diagram really helps a lot, P-J. Where would we be without you? A couple questions... 1. My RIMS element is a 120V 1500W Low Density Heating Element - Grainger 2E295. That being the case, could I stick with a 15A switch since the load should only be 12.5A for a 1500W element in lieu...

    Suggestions for controller

Thanks, P-J. I didn't realize I was entering new territory incorpating a RIMS tube. Not saying I'll never go HERMS, and considering what I have already built and bought, I think I'm going to stay the course with my RIMS tube and not switch to HERMS, but I could still use some help from the...

    Suggestions for controller

Thanks for the response. It's probably me overlooking them, but the link you posted here just links back to the original thread, which I can't find any pics of the inside of your controller. Any chance you have some or can take some? Thanks.

Phase 1 control box and mounting arm .

I'm not sure if this should go in a new thread or not, so please tell me and I'll move it if you think it should be. Thanks for the information on the steel sizes and gas plumbing; I'm getting really close to having a finished rig. I've got my focus on the control panel now. After hours of...
