    You won't be able to get a seal on the rounded part of the internal cooler wall anyway. Just drill the hole barely far enough up that your washer and gasket lay flat, or you're going to have some serious trouble with leaking.

    How to get Bazooka tube onto FLYGUYS cooler MLT

    I used a 1/2" FPT to 1/2" sweat fitting instead of the barb adapter, then sweated in a short length of 1/2" copper pipe and a 45º street elbow. It's low enough that you can squeeze the bazooka T on underneath. Stays in place like a champ for me.

    Sure, using one will work fine, but using both increases its effectiveness. Why use Star San when just bleach will work fine? Because it works better. No-rinse also reduces the likelihood of infection from tapwater and eliminates the need for a large stock of pre-boiled water.
