    I would post a pic of the handle so that we may see the unit in question one zoomed in and another further back, or get model number and mfg and I'll check with my appliance guy to see how the handle may be serviced.

    Edh? I would like to hear about your experiences with going to all grain. I'm half scared to as I like high abv in my brews. The weakest batch being 8%. Was it all it's cracked up to be?

I've brewed about 15-20 batches to date and went quickly into kegging and recently increased batches to 12 gallons. I still use extract brewing for fear of the unknown...
