Ill jump on this!

I am brewing 4 5-gallon batches tomorrow. (gonna be a long day) Im thinking I should start mashing now and do the boils tomorrow. Is that ok? If so should I just store the non-boiled wort in covered buckets at room temp? then just boil tomorrow as normal... thanks!

Yea I'm planning on filling with ice so it will last days at a time. I put padlocks to keep the lid closed.

The PVC is so I can run a chain throug it and lock it to my travel trailer when out and camping.

I have been wanting to build a trash can kegorator for awhile. I'm always camping or at a music festival or just having a get together somewhere. Finally got it built and will be breaking it in this weekend. Thanks to everyone that have posted theirs, it helped me with mine!

Glad you liked it. I have brewed it a few times now and it goes down well. I always mess with the hops to see what other kind of flavors I can get. This is quickly becoming a normal on tap brew.

I had heard that the flavor would boil off, but its there and pretty strong. I was thinking I'm going to be using more flavors in the mash. Some breweries here are using flowers and fruits in the mash and it seems to come out well.

A local brew house here, Borderlands, has the best vanilla porter I have ever had, with great vanilla flavors. I asked them how they make it and their process is to mash and boil the vanilla beans, but never secondary them. The vanilla really shines through like this.

Tasting pretty damn good

Im in the Tucson area and am going to need about 20 cases of bottles over the next month. Let me know if you can help out with extras. I have little money to spare but have some homebrews to trade thanks!
