    Jamil's Evil Twin... Lager?

Did you end up brewing this? Looks like a good recipe to me! This weekend I am brewing the Evil Twin recipe from the Mr. Malty site except I'm using a slurry of WLP833. Can't wait!

I am also looking for a selector switch that can handle a chest freezer's start-up current of 12 amps. Can you explain how a relay, in conjunction with the switch, would enable a 10-amp switch to be used?

    Online Homebrew Shop Experience

Sounds like their online service is better. I've had experiences similar to Yooper's in my LHBS. One time I needed special roast for an ordinary bitter and could overhear the employees complaining about having to dig it out of a bin way in the back. Buzzkill.
