Burner for 30 Gallon Mega Pot 1.2

I just upgraded my system from 15 Gallon Keggles to 30 Gallon Mega Pots. I'm running natural gas on my stand all though 1/2" pipe. I currently have the 10 jet burners that run through a 3/8" pipe and those seem to get my keggles going really well. With the bigger pots should I look at the...

    Natural Gas Brew Stand Question

    Natural Gas Brew Stand Question

I'm just about completed 90% of my brew stand and I have a question about running natural gas instead of propane. I bought the 10 tip NG burners from Bayou Classic which take a 3/8" pipe. My house is set up for 1/2" Pipe. I want to run a quick connect to the house and a 30' 3/8" steel hose...

    Orange Wheat Hef Question

    Orange Wheat Hef Question

I just did my first all grain batch yesterday (Orange Wheat Hef). Everything went really well but I got a little bit of a bitter taste when I tried the sweet wort. I did a 10 gallon batch using 8lbs 2 row, 10 lbs White Wheat. 1oz Cascade 60 min boil, 2oz Cascade 5min and 12 orange zested...

American Wheat Beer Orange American Wheat

I'm just learning how to plug this recipe in BeerSmith 2. I'm not sure I'm doing it right. I have all the ingredients in there but the Est. Original Gravity is off from the recipe, ABV is off, and the bitterness is way off. Do I just slide those over to match?
