SO I'm curious how this turned out. My guess is you either ended up with bottle bombs or the beer turned out sweet or cidery.
Also curious if you've tried carbing in your mancan. I just got 3 of them for a song and I wanna try them out.

I get the Wine Expert World Vineyard Moscato kit. The wife and I love it. I would put it a little better than Barefoot. Though I would recommend: if you can get the Pink Moscato kit, get that. It's better!
Up to 72 hours is definitely not unheard of. And there is no way you have had fermentation complete in 72 hours. Impossible unless you started with 1.01 wort. You may have had gotten krausen fall within 72 but primary fermentation takes at *least* a week.

The cardboard taste comes from oxygenation after fermentation. Usually during bottling. 65-68 really isn't that low but as long as you're storing at 59, you should be fine.

Really you generally want to be nice and cool. What yeast did you use?
Unless you're adding things like fruit there really is no reason to move to secondary. All you're doing is adding a risk of contamination and/or oxidation. Just let 'er sit!

Just one thing before I get to your questions, a blowoff tube should not be going down into your fermenter at all. A 3 piece airlock should be used. The base is the perfect size to attach your blowoff tubing.
