I'm not an electrician so please correct me if I'm wrong but that's not necessarily true if his woodworking tools have a control panel that run with 120 but are integrated into the 240 circuit.

You might be able to rent a 6" carbide hole saw from a local tool rental company. That should greatly reduce your chance of shattering the block.

Looks to me like that pic was taken before the supports were bolted in if that's what you asking. I can't quite tell from the first pic but it looks there are bolt heads in the mounting location.

Same here....mine haven't touched mine in the 4 years I've had them. Just don't let them get into the spent hops from your kettle. I think that is the most likely place for them to ingest hops.

Out of curiosity, how many gallons do you think you will producing a year for this events and personal consumption? Are you able to get beer shipped in or is it completely banned from entering Libya? The reason I ask is that the right people may be able to work the angle that this is for...
