I have to say that apart from the constant cleaning it's the patience I find the hardest part of brewing... I keep wanting to open my bottles the very next day!

same question really, going to keg an IPA later today and Tastubrew says:
DME 55% -11.4 oz
DME 70% -9.0 oz
DME 75% -8.4
Confused!!!! How much do I put in?
Hi guys, newbie here, just brewed my first IPA, 47 liters (about 12.5 gallons), kegged 27 liters with 180 grams of sugar and 8 gr of safale 04, bottled the rest with 100 gr of sugar and 4 gr of safale04. Tried a bottle after a day and it was perrrfect. Dead excited. Perfect head, lovely flavor...
