    Dry hopping IIPA

    I used 2 oz Amarillo in my last IIPA and it came out really good. I wanted to use Simcoe but LHBS was out, so I settled for Amarillo instead.

    I'm also having the same problem. I'm also using a 12v powersupply, 2L flask and 2 HD magnets. The bar will get thrown even with the speed turned down to the lowest setting. I was going to add another magnet or two tonight. If that didn't work I was going to change out the power supply for one...
