2538 + 5 = 2543 Gallons
No Montrachet yeast at Beer At Home, used Edinburgh Ale Yeast. Thinking about some experimentation with fruit in a couple different 1 gallon 2ndaries. Anybody have a suggestion of a good amount of fruit to use?

I didn't use a starter - the yeast was going pretty strong when I added it (fizzed over when I opened the bottle) batch was around 5.5 gallons, fermentation at 70 F. Where can I get this Promash?
