Took advantage of the unusual 50 degree weather here in Michigan and brewed 10 gals. of a Fat Tire clone.

Plus 10 gal. Vanilla Porter = 24071.5

10 gal. Strong Scottish Ale + 10 gal. Christmas Ale = 22,226

Brewing up a crowd-pleaser, 10 gallons of Strong Scottish Ale (Innis & Gunn clone). Combining that with 10 gallons of my Christmas Ale. Going to be a very busy day Saturday. Hopefully, I'll finish by game time. Go green! Go white! Go MSU!!

Down with the Oktoberfest, brother! Brewing up 10 gals. myself on Thursday! Enjoying the Summer Ale and Fat Tire already tapped. Two more weeks for the Porter and Scottish Ale.

Brewing up 10 gal. of Vanilla Porter. Getting ahead of schedule with my brewing. Not that that's a bad thing. Will be happy to fill in some new brews before my Oktoberfest. :rockin:

Brewing another batch of my friend's and family's favorite, Strong Scottish Ale. It's actually a I & G clone. Ten gallons SHOULD last for a few days! 10 gallons: 26 lbs Pale Malt, Maris Otter 7.1 oz Chocolate Malt 3.6 oz Roasted Barley Mashed w/ 9 gal. @ 157 degrees for 75...

In an attempt to obtain the best of both worlds (kegging and bottling), I still use priming sugar in my kegs. Use half the amount that I would if bottling. I then charge the tanks with about 30# of CO2, disconnect and let it condition for a couple weeks. Seems to work for me.
