The Grape and Granary in Akron is probably about a 45 minute drive for you, but worth it if your looking for something specific.
They carry just about everything.

I'm trying to convert an all-grain recipe I found for pumking ale that calls for 14lbs. of 2-row.
I haven't been able to find anything about a close replacement. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
The recipe I'm using (http://www.vthomebrewguru.com/tag/dortmunder/) has it lagering for 3-4 in the secondary, bottling and carbonating, then cold conditioning for another 4-5 weeks.
I'm in northeast Ohio, so it'll be cold enough to lager outside for at least another 2 months.

I racked my 2 week old dortmunder into a carboy a few days ago and haven't seen any activity in the airlock since. I checked the gravity and it's reached FG.
