I am wanting to buy a 1/16th din panel punch for mounting controllers. Anybody buy one that doesn't need it anymore? They cost so much I hate to spend that kind of money for a rarely used tool. Let me know what you have! Thanks, Grim

Steve, It's all about cell count. You can pitch two packs to increase yeast cell count which will hopefully prevent stressing the yeast as it comes to terms with the higher OG you are starting with, or you can increase cell count by building a starter. Either way you are achieving the same...
