I am going to guess it is okay to let the beer one more week.

So the wonderful stout will have sat in its bucket for one month in a couple days. My friend and I are having trouble coordinating schedules to bottle. Will it be okay to let it it go for one more week or should I get it bottled soon? Yum

Yeah, less than 24 hours in the bucket mine is bubbling like crazy. Going to keep my eye on it. Might get a blow off tube if need be.

ah, didn't know that. Thought it was just a 5 gallon bucket. it just says 6.5 gallon fermenter needed.

well, let me also say I am pretty broke too, so....cheap options work too. :D
