    So the wonderful stout will have sat in its bucket for one month in a couple days. My friend and I are having trouble coordinating schedules to bottle. Will it be okay to let it it go for one more week or should I get it bottled soon? Yum

    Yeah, less than 24 hours in the bucket mine is bubbling like crazy. Going to keep my eye on it. Might get a blow off tube if need be.

    Bottle sanitizing time

    Getting ready to bottle our fourth brew! Bottles are all clean waiting to sanitize them. When we sanitize the bottles, do they have to be absolutely dry before we fill them with beer or can they be a little wet? :mug:
