I was buying ingredients online for Jamil's ESB recipe and saw that Brewmasters had Pacman yeast. I love Rogue beers so I said why not Pacman ESB. What temp would make a good ESB with this yeast? The Master brewer at Rogue says he ferments at 60 for most of the beer except for a few exceptions...
Has anyone used Wyeast 2112 Cali lager in a October fest? I'm fermenting an anchor steam clone right now and was wondering if I could use the cake for an October fest with good results.
