    I feel like I got lost and maybe bite off more than I can choose? I'm not sure why it came out as sour. I was thinking of back sweetening, but I'm starting to think im just doing too much now? It may just be a goner?

    Alright, how long should I let it ferment for? Just untill the hydrometer stops moving? Like a beer?

    I made a Cider from the apples I bought on my honeymoon. I plan to keep it and open it on our first anniversary. Can I keep it in its primary fermentation jar for a year or should i bottle it at some point and keep it that way?

    So I had a bunch of honey and went out, bought some strawberrys, did the thing. I'm thinking I may have went too hard with the honey? I used, 6lbs of strawberrys 6lbs of honey And 1 gallon of water lol. Also use ec1118. I plan to pitch some Fernand O every other day and stir it up a bit...

    So that leads me to another question. When making a slurry, I have a can of yeast starter. Isn't that like, pre-made wort for the yeast to start cultivating? Does that wort affect the flavors of my beer?

    I'm looking into infusing a Blueberry Hibiscus Tea into an Amber Ale I'm brewing. I'm looking for advice, input, even opinions. I'm brewing a 5 gallon batch, I think I want to start by using half of it for this experiment. So 2.5 gallons. How much tea do I use? How long do I let it ferment inside?

    Quick question before i bottle

    Well... good to know for next time lol. I appreciate all the advice. But i ended up cutting them down and using them that way lol. Every time I brew im learning something new lol.
