i added 2lbs. brought the estimated OG up to 1.069. just got our keggle set up so i bumped it up to a 10gal batch. we're gonna split the it and probably pitch wlp 001 and 008.
makes so much sense! not sure how i missed it originally. can beersmith calculate different sparge temps and volumes for a fly sparge? is there another way to calculate?
started with a sierra nevada ipa clone and after tweaking, this is what i have.......

ok... quick question. ready to bottle the 90 min. took gravity on fri (1.020) but never had a chance to bottle. broke our hydrometer and bought a new one. had everything ready to bottle and checked again. this hydro says 1.030. still tiny bubbles rising to the top and the airlock is...
tomorrow will make 14 days in the primary for this brew..... and it's still fermenting. it's still a pretty heavy fermentation too. i'd say a bubble every 10-15 seconds. not worried yet, but was wondering if anyone has ever seen this before?

i don't think they don't have it listed on the website, but the store is minutes from my house. the people that run the store are awesome and i'm sure they would take a special request. they also said they have put together a 120min. that's definitely in the list of future...
we plan to rack our 90 min dogfish clone to secondary on sat. (2 weeks in primary) i have searched for posts on a 90 min ipa and come up with nothing. so here are my questions.....
1. how long in the secondary? i've read all about the bulk aging debate, but any "real life" experiences...
thanks for all the help! you know how us newbs tend to worry too much despite the great rdwhahb advice. about the blow off tube, we are using a 6.5 gal carboy. do you still think we should rig the blow off? will the krausen overcome that much head space?
just started brewing a few weeks ago. brewed a hefeweizen tonight (3rd brew) and when i was adding the yeast, terrible things happened and some of it missed the carboy and ran onto the floor. if i had to estimate, i'd say it was about 10-15% of the tube. (wlp 300) will the yeast be able to...
