    Enigma, Vic Secret, T'N'T and Fantasia hops are at Farmhouse!

    Going to try Vic Secret with Mosaic and Cascade this weekend. I made a great Galaxy/Mosaic/Cascade a few months ago. Want to see how it would turn out with the Vic Secret.

    Are those ThermoWorks MTC on Amazon anywhere? I'm in the market for a better thermometer and have an amazon gift card. Or is their site the only place to get them?

    Using Honey Malt

    I'm planning on doing an IPA tomorrow with a full pound of the honey malt. Should be interesting to see how it comes out. Results seem to be very different. Will report back in a month or so.

    Mango IPA

    Excuse my ignorance but with this beer do you ferment, rack and add mangos, then once it's done 2nd fermentation, dry hop with additional hops?

    Any new Hop varieties for 2014?

    Currently have the 3 C's in the backyard and wanted to add a few more plants. My number one choice would be something like mosaic. I know that they aren't for sale to the public but does anyone know of any other new and/or awesome hop varieties (in rhizome form) that will be available this year?
