Guys is this normal? It's a belgium tripple. It has been sitting in the secondary for probably 3 months. Is the stuff ontop yeast or mold... I don't think it will be bad because its supposed to be 12% what do u guys think.
I just want to say thanks to all the help and guidance on here! I had this beer right after the 3 week carbing period and it was good, but after almost 4 month it is WAY better! :mug:
