I tend to like very dank and grassy IPA's. Ones that smell like a week old pile of cut grass.
I wanna shove chinook hop pellets up my nose.

Brewed a 5gal batch of oatmeal cream stout yesterday. I walked away to grab the yeast. Brew kettle tumbled from the table while siphoning into the fermenter. Ugh. Saved about a gallon. i’m Pitching coffee and Cocoa nibs in a couple days. Brew kettle is a little jacked, not the best brew day.
Is there a certain testing kit that people use for testing water? I've been searching Amazon for water testing kits or maybe some sort of digital reader to give me readouts.
