    Calling all IPA lovers...what are your favorite 3?

    + IPA - 5 gal + Pale Ale - 5 gal + Black IPA- 5 gal + Oatmeal Stout- 5 gal + Irish Red - 5 gal + Black IPA - 5 gal + Bastard IPA Clone - 5 gal + Oatmeal Stout - 10 gal + Schwars Bier - 5 gal + Mix Berry Mead - 5 gal = 3449.5

    So who's brewing this weekend?

    Brewed a 5gal batch of oatmeal cream stout yesterday. I walked away to grab the yeast. Brew kettle tumbled from the table while siphoning into the fermenter. Ugh. Saved about a gallon. i’m Pitching coffee and Cocoa nibs in a couple days. Brew kettle is a little jacked, not the best brew day.

    The Importance of Brewing Water

    Is there a certain testing kit that people use for testing water? I've been searching Amazon for water testing kits or maybe some sort of digital reader to give me readouts.
