    5.2 CF Freezer for Kegarator

    For a temp tower cooler take a piece of pvc (1 in or so) that will fit in the tower with the lines in it, cap the pvc and fill about 90% or so with salt water, cap the other end and place in a deep freezer, on serving day drop it in the tower to cool.     Wife gave me "kegerator of my choice" for Father's day

    I got the Haire 7.1 cf freezer from Costco, it will hold 4 ball lock legs on the floor. Paid $170. Building it into my bar. And my wife and kidos got me a fat tire neon for the man cave for fathers day!

    Just noticed you said refractomerer... I would still check it the same way, make sure to calibrated every once in a while with distilled water, should get 1.000

    Could it be cracked? Make a sugar water, measure, double the sugar, measure again, if it doesn't go up get a new one... Live my refractometer... But use I use hydrometer after ferment...

    Stirplate build keeps throwing bar!?

    I got tired off f'ing with mine, picked up one from homebrewstuff.com and couldn't be happier.... Great speed control, power for big starters, no issues and never wondering if it was still stiring. Now gonna use the computer fan on the e brewery control.

    Awesome..... If the welds are not good take them out and get the soldering spud from bobby m... You have got three good kegs, be cautioned, next thing you know you will have a stainless lined room and be walking around in a lab coat to make beer

    I think 20* and I sunk them 3 ft in concrete. I used turnbuckles on both ends and on the deadman. Have got to get my string up this weekend, the chinook already has 4 or 5 feet of growth

    Last years growth was awsome, ran three lines per plant and did 2 bines per line at about 15 ft height, so about 90 feet per plant. 2 chinooks, a centenial, a us golding, a willamette, 2 cascades.... Took hours to pick...
