Porterhouse Brewpub! There is one at the river end of Grafton Street and another out near the airport. Great selection and beer prices aren't TOO bad, considering it's Europe...sort of. Also, The Ravenshead (I think!), a pub a few blocks north Templebar, had pretty good prices, very low...

There is a saying in Aviation: "Why measure with a micrometer if you cut with an Ax?" I have made some beer that was tough to classify, but it all drank good!:mug:

I brewed up DFH's recipe for Imperial IPA, which I think is the same as the 90 minute. Turned out great....stupid neighbors killed it in one night! I think DFH sells the kit, but I haven't tried any of their kits.:mug:

:drunk:Yeah, thats all I can think of. Too bad its after Xmas. I could give it to all the people that have pissed me off over the years and not warn them. If you open one of these things at the normal rate, it looks like a super bowl victory celebration. Shoots about 3 feet in the air!

Just cracked open a new batch of AG belgian-ish Dubbel. I guess that's redundant. Anyways, must have over-primed at bottling. Quite possible, all things considered (Drunk). It takes 10 minutes, and a lot of wasted foam, to open a bottle without hitting the ceiling. Anybody have a secret for...
