    Wort Mixer

When I used to do extract batches, I would use my bottling bucket to mix the water and the wort. I used a plastic stirring paddle to mix it up well, then I used a big funnel to pour from the bucket to the carboy. I did cool the wort first, before pouring it in the plastic bucket though.

    best way to add body?

I would suggest mashing in the 154-155 area. You can also add about 5-10% golden naked oats for even more body.

    Worlds smallest homebrew?

"unfermented beer soda" is exactly what Malta Goya is. It's been sold for years. It's just unfermented, carbonated beer from what I understand. I'm not sure if it is hopped though.

Dammit, It happened again! Bananna bubblegum beer.

It seems to me that if you're fermentation temperatures are not the culprit, then another source could be underpitching your yeast. Belgian brewers who typically want lots of ester production, intentionally underpitch their yeast. This causes the yeast to have to do alot of reproduction. That...

    My Latest Craigslist Score...

I got my first score off of craigslist 2 weeks ago. 8 cases of old school returnable bud light and miller bottles. Plus, one full case of grolsch swing tops. What was the price? 5 bucks a case. I am in love with craigslist now.

    Hefeweizen CO2 volume argument

https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f14/carbing-growler-220997/ The thread is about carbonating in a growler, but revvy makes a great post about what is different about filling bottles with pre-carbonated beer versus carbonating in the bottle.

Lindeman's also has a Grand Cru that is a straight sour beer with no fruit.

I don't know about the other variables, but I'm positive that the candi sugar helped to push your FG down.
