I've been looking for beer gas around Ann Arbor. I tried a couple places with no luck. Any suggestions to where I can get nitrogen fills? I want to make sure I can find a place to fill before I buy a tank.

I received more than just those parameters. Fluoride was at 0.2. There are no other heavy metal measurements though.

I would think the gas should be fine (educated guess), but the tank probably needs to be hydro tested before it is refilled.
