Beer Gas Fills Near Ann Arbor?

I've been looking for beer gas around Ann Arbor. I tried a couple places with no luck. Any suggestions to where I can get nitrogen fills? I want to make sure I can find a place to fill before I buy a tank.

I agree. $600 is too much for something like this, but it is a cool idea for a DIY project.

BeerTherm - A Temperature Control System

I came across this, and was wondering if anyone has seen or used it yet. It's called BeerTherm, and it's a heating and cooling fermentation chamber. http://beertherm.com/

I received more than just those parameters. Fluoride was at 0.2. There are no other heavy metal measurements though.

    Can co2 go bad?

I would think the gas should be fine (educated guess), but the tank probably needs to be hydro tested before it is refilled.

    Detroit Advice

The Detroit Beer Co is a great one. They have lots of good brews. It's right near Comerica and a People Mover stop (don't remember which stop though).

First timer question, I searched first...

It's too late to measure the actual alcohol content. The only thing you can do now is estimate the OG based on what you put in to the brew and measure the FG when it's finished fermenting. You can measure that at bottling.

    Feeding yeast starters

If you slide the Growth Factor to the right, the calculation will give you 1 packet at 2.91L with a stir plate. For doing a multi step, I don't know what you would use exactly, but if you use these 2 sites, you should be able to calculate what you need. Mrmalty.com Wyeast Laboratories ...

    Feeding yeast starters

It depends on what the OG of the wort will be. 500 ml is probably too small of a step. I generally do only 1 step starters of about 1L with a stir plate the night before for a 5 gal batch and just pitch the whole thing. Most of the growth occurs within 12 to 18 hours of pitching the yeast into...
