I'm horrible, I will not even brew a beer unless I have a name and label done for it. Sometimes the name absolutely sucks, but I have hit some homeruns with names that I just love!

The best compliment I have received is having offer to pay shipping every couple of months so they can have my latest batches. Or perhaps, when my 7 year old smells my latest homebrew in the glass and tells me I did a good job.

I do 2.5 and 3 gallon BIAB all the time in my 5 gallon pot. Never any issue to date. (Knocking on wood here).

My goal is to make a tasty beer in the 2.0~3.0 ABV range. I love my beers in the 5-9% range, but when I have my son every other week, I still want to drink, but would prefer something with less of a hit. My first go was not bad, but lacked something. Batch two will happen soon in the 2.5 range.

For my first January brew of next year. (Though will probably brew it in mid/late-December)

Imperial Stout (Still deciding if it will be a milk stout or not). Hope to fire this puppy up tomorrow.
