As ridiculous as it is, I think it's a hilarious posting. I think it cuts through the bs. Doesn't sound like they're looking for a seasoned professional here. Probably just want some high motor new grad (or maybe not even) with some tech skills who would think it cool to work at/with a brewery...

Yeah... I read your post and instantly thought of Hagberg, but double checking their site now, there's actually no mention of Nitrogen, so I may have steered you wrong. Worth checking, however. They may know of a source if they're not one.

I'd put all my grains in storage almost immediately but held off on the rice hulls until today. Not sure how you guys managed to split the 50# in two, but I had no damn idea how to break the 25# down in half. Talk about herding cats! You haven't seen hilarious until you've seen someone...

I'm happy to report that I've got all my Star San hand soap dispensers filled and strategically placed throughout the house after collecting my gallon jug (and the rest of my supplies) from Neopol earlier today. :) These grain buys are great on so many levels. Glad to be able to participate...

Bottling into cold bottles helps reduce foaming during the filling process. I don't usually bother when I actually bottle (infrequent), but its not a bad idea.
