    Sounds about right, rise temp to 21C/70F for 2/3 days in order for yeast to finish cleaning-up and you're pretty much done

    This Accuflex Bev-Seal tubing is great but it's quite rigid and does not offer the same resistance / ft as regular tubing, so I run 15ft / tap to not get foam. It is kind of a pain when I need to switch kegs around, but I manage :-)

    Looks pretty good to me, what OG are your targeting ? I would move honey to last minute and probably mash a bit higher (depending on OG, but 151/152). Also, I like 3711 but I have gotten higher alcohol when fermenting too warm, I would start around 18C and let rise to 20C/21C but not more. Let...

    Harvested yeast smells rubbery

    I harvested 2 qt of WLP002 a couple weeks ago and made myself the same remark, smells like rubber... I have reused the yeast with great success so I do not worry about that anymore...

    Mash Temp Advice - Big 1135 Imperial Stout

    IMO and what I would do myself is a 150 step for 60 min, 156 for 15 min, mash out for 15. Grain bill has a lot of crystal type grain, mash too high and you will be drinking soda style beer. My 2 cents !
