They are building a Cabelas in Tualatin too. There is a really good brew pub next door in the city of Tigard called Max's Fanno Creek Brew Pub. They brew some good stuff, and it's less than a five minute drive from Tualatin

As long as it was in the fridge it should still be ok. I've put my starter in the fridge for close to a month once. All I did was pitched half of it into a new starter for a couple days before brew day and it worked out just fine.

After reading just how pronounced the flavors are from adding the tea during bottling I've been wondering if adding during the secondary might let it mellow a bit more in addition to bottle conditioning. Definitely let us know how it goes!
