    How the hell do you name a baby?

    I wanted to name my kid "Boliver". Call him "Balls" for short. Seriously though, the ball-n-chain and I figured out every possible permutation of each prospective name with respect to playground skullduggery. Like Bill to Billdo. Of course Peter and Harry were automatically out. ;)

    Chode (nice handle BTW :D), the old krausen had definitely fallen and had been for some time. I primary in a glass carboy. I can see Co2 coming out of solution after movement but, 4 days and steady?

    Its a True Brew Kit, It has all kinds of instructions, sadly no mention of a hop schedule. I went ahead and did 1oz at 30 and 1 oz at 10. Well see how it goes.

    Heh...I did that for my second brew except I used LME...It's got another 10 days in the primary. I was wondering if the pre-hopped extracts lose alot along the way. Either way, I love IPA's and can tolerate Shiner.
