    Anyone using these Inkbird PID"S

Do you mean the TD4 has the manual mode and not the TA4? I couldn't find a TN4.

Why are red wine kits disappointing?

this has been my experience, I have done kits with nad without the skins and the ones with really are much better. Also they all tasted watery or really weak until around a year old so don't give up hope on the one you have now.

    HLT/BK in one

Not sure. I know I would store mine and it never failed there would be water left in it.

Only issue I could think is when you boil in brew kettle mode the water left in the coil will boil and start spitting at you. I know when I had an immersion chiller it did that.

Consistently leaking keg setup... out of ideas.

if you are using corny kegs I have had to put a washer under the feet for extra pressure. Also I was having a similar problem and I started boiling the lids and o-rings before assembling them and it corrected the problem. I diagnosed mine by removing all the kegs and weighing the tank, I then...

    Don't Do That.

Do not break the stick off of a bottle rocket and throw it under the bathroom door while your friend is in there pooping.

Issues with false bottom in beverage cooler

Could you fashion a small dip tube down for the False bottom? I was thinking about doing that for mine.
  14. 72Chevelle

Do I have too much room around my false bottom.

Thanks for the quick reply. That makes me feel better. We will know this weekend.
