    Priming My Cider Per Bottle

    I add sugar to the bottles since i don't carb the entire batch. I just stuck a funnel in my champagne bottles and dumped about 1/2 a tablespoon of dextrose in (very scientific).

    I bottled the 6 gallons on Saturday, my two little carboys are still producing bubbles. To the 6 gallons: I racked, then removed about 2 liters for another project in my freezer. I added 3 cans of apple / raspberry frozen concentrate and 1 cup of splenda. It came out perfect. Not sickly...

    When i added it to the cider i had airlock activity within 10 minutes.

    Better than Apfelwein...

    I started mine on 10/15 and still have tiny bubbles rising and collecting at the surface. There has been no clearing, just a color change. I haven't tasted it or took a SG reading.

    I need a little help. I want to have several tap handles in a row w/ a shelf above. I need to know: "A" centerline of hole for spout above the top of the drip tray "B" bottom of shelf above centerline of hole for spout to fit any tap handle

    Making at starter w apple juice

    1 package wyeast 3068 +1 cup of cider + 1 cup of water + a hint of nutrient then shake. Sit for 24 hours When i added it to my carboy i had airlock activity in 2 minutes
