Have a Sip of Sunshine clone that is almost ready for dry hopping.

I recently did a ginger Saison with Sorachi Ace. 3oz total. 2 oz at the end of the boil. No dry hopping. The hops provide a nice lemon flavor to complement the ginger. I am not sure what dry hopping would do.

Octoberfest. I am late getting this brewed but will enjoy it over the winter.
