Whats up folks, these are a couple pictures form my Co-Brewer's and My first brew in 8 years. We did an IPA. Its been racked at 1 week and has got probably 2 weeks left on fermentation and then the 7-10 day period priming in the Keg. We wound up at 1.041 before primary fermentation and after a week its gone down to 1.02. We added some oak chips and hope for a strong secondary fermentation period, after all we ant outr first brew to get us drunk! We will dry hop prob a week befroe we send it over to the keg....mmmm yummy hops!!!
