I know it's a little cloudy - of course I disturbed the keg right before pulling the pint. Normally is crystal clear. But it poured with such a gorgeous head I had to take a shot.

very nice! I recall watching that brew, your first 10 gallon batch correct? now that my mouth is watering, since I am at work I will go and have a nice glass of... water :(

Brewed 10 more gallons yesterday with grain bill. that makes 20G. But I've used all simcoe hopes both times because I've had them in bulk and needed to get rid of them. Next time I'll use the hop bill in the recipe. Regardless, it's a good tasting (for us beer lovers) and not offensive (to BMC drinkers) recipe :D I brewed this batch for my BIL's bachelor party coming up on 9-11 for a bunch of Coors and Busch drinkers. 10G of homebrew and poker tourney with about 20 guys.

Thanks guys. Yes, it was my first 10 gallon batch, and yeah, I've got the ingredients for 10 more gallons. It's surprisingly flavorful for how light it is. And I love that it finished super dry (1.006). The Notty gives it a little fruit finish.

I wanted to add the link to the original recipe, but forgot, so here it is.

This looks so good. You have inspired me to do this recipe. I was going to order AHS TX Blonde, but will give BM's recipe a shot instead.

Awesome...I've brewed that recipe before and I love how much flavor is packed into this session beer. Yum...
