Default 1st Brew Day in 4 months!!!
APA, final recipe:

8lb pale
2.2lb vienna
3/4lb carapils

1oz Brewer's Gold 60
3/4oz Cascade 30, 25, 10, and 5 for a total of 1oz Cascade
1/3tbsp Irish Moss
