is there actually no demo for beer tools? seems odd to expect someone to go on their gut feeling if the software is going to do the job for them. i'm more likely to buy beer smith simply due to the fact that i have tried it. am i missing something?

No demo yet. It is actually one of the biggest criticisms of the software, since nearly all the other big packages offer one.

Well, I'm signed up for the 1.1 beta release that is supposed to go out tomorrow and I think it's supposed to have a trial system built in when it goes live.
